Across the border, in Pakistan, the government has been busy. They think hard, harder than neccessary, and then they implement. I know they are efficient because just now I came across a news item. According to that . I dont understand the reason behind it but has to be something to do with Islam... or maybe they are saving the resources. Its a good news for to-be-weds but a bad news for those of you, who go to a wedding just to eat!
