Last night I was invited by a friend for the sixth anniversary of the company he works for. It was at a 5-star hotel and the main attraction for many was the on-the-house booze. I went there for free-food :P. It was strange because this company doesnt believe in free (as in free speech and knowledge).
Anyway, the food was ok. The crowd was ok. And they had invited Leslie Louis. It was good. He performed many songs. I had a nice time. But I missed his other half, Hariharan. It was also a birthday of some "Shruti" and he called her on stage and sang "Happy Birthday" for her. While he was doing that, another guy from the audience climbed up on the stage and told him that it was his birthday too.. It was hilarious. He was pushed back into the crowd.
If you are wondering about the title for this post, "kay zala?" is a song by colonial cousins and he performed it. :)
